The socks are adorable! I placed my order and after waiting about 4 weeks I decided I should check and see what seemed to be a long wait. There is no phone number to call only an email, I wasn't crazy about not talking to a person but I sent the email and immediately got a response saying they were looking into my order. It wasn't long after that and my socks were delivered! A unique and fun gift for the dog lover in your life!

I had a very good experience with PupSocks. I purchased them for a friend's birthday gift. They did take a long time to get there, but it wasn't a huge problem. The reason it took so long was because there must have been an issue with making the socks. When they came, there were two different pairs of socks, both different sizes. My guess would be that they made the wrong size at first and had to start over. I appreciate that they took the time to make two pairs even when I always paid for one. If the opportunity arises I'll think about using PupSocks again, but much further in advance.

Perfect except the material is thin.

I loved my purchase. The wait for shipping sucked a little. I understand that they are custom made but it’s unfortunate that I couldn’t buy a gift for someone less than 2 months in advance. I would buy these again. They are a great gift

I really like how the socks turned out! The picture was edited nicely, and they quality is great. However, I wanted to change my order and emailed the team within 24 hours after I ordered it, but they didn't get to my change in time before the socks were made/shipped. They turned out super cute, though!

The only suggestion I would make is specifically for the cat socks, there should be an outline option for long hair cats. The pair I ordered for myself was no issue because my cat is short hair so she fit perfectly into the pre-shaped cut-out. But two other pairs of socks I did both with long hair face cats didn't look as good because since the outline is meant for a shorthair cat face it pretty much cut most of their face / distinguishable features. I hope this is something that will be thought about for the future.

I really like them and feel that the photo of my cat was very accurate. however, when they are put on and stretch, they do not retain their color and you can see the white fibers of the sock which takes away from the image. Otherwise, really great gift idea !

The socks are cute but there's a missing ear from the picture I sent.
