Socks are fun, the pictures look great on them. I just wish that the actual sock was better quality.

I'm very sorry that you were less than impressed with the quality of your socks! Have you been able to wash them at all? If not, if you wouldn't mind giving a good rinse cycle a try and letting us know how it goes at https://gopupsocks.com/contact-us/! That should bring your socks back to life in no time 🤞🏾

The company was amazing to work with. I ended up buying 5 pairs and everyone of my girls loved them.

I love this product. I've given them as gifts to two different people now and everyone loves getting them. I do wish they were able to create and ship faster, but I think the Amazon Prime delivery age has spoiled us a bit too.
Response from GoPupSocksFeb 19, 2018
We strongly appreciate your feedback, Meg! We aspire to be on the shipping efficiency level of Amazon Prime some day, and because of impactful feedback like yours we are working everyday to get there 🙏🏾 Make sure you let your peers know to tag #pupsocks on Facebook or Instagram, as well with their gifts!

Good product. No issues with quality - given it's printing a picture of your dog onto a sock :). Took a little longer to deliver than expected but when I emailed asking for an update, I got an answer in less than 24 hours.

Thank you for your positive feedback! ☺️ We've been working very hard on improving our customer service and making the whole process a lot more efficient. ❣️

Great product and customer service! Would have been happier if they came faster, however it was understandable with the holiday and custom aspect of the product. Overall very happy!

Thank you for your feedback! We're sorry your order was delayed. 😢 We are, however, thrilled that your socks turned out great! ❤️

I like the sock idea however I do not like the sock material it feels very cheap I rather pay a few more bucks to get a better quality sock.
Response from GoPupSocksFeb 20, 2018
We appreciate your impactful feedback! Our socks are made using a process called sublimation that involves a heated press to seal your image into the sock material. Once worn, your socks will definitely take their familiar sock shape and feel 🤞🏾

I love my personalized socks, the material could be a bit better however it’s understandable since the image was probably ironed on.
Response from GoPupSocksFeb 20, 2018
Hey there, glad you loved your socks! You're actually somewhat correct! Our socks are made using a very special process called sublimation that involves a heated press to seal your image into the sock material. Our socks are printed flat so that your face is proudly featured on the front. So, once worn, the socks take their familiar shape and feel 🚿
