Not happy with the quality of socks, picture or delivery time, especially for the price. Cute idea but poor execution.

It reached out several times to try to get assistance and no one responded. I bought it as a gift to a friend and, 1. It was sent with my name on it, 2. It was sent with pricing information which I feel is a tacky. I hated that I did not get to see proof of the socks before they got sent. The looked nothing like the image I requested photo abd the socks looked cheaper then depicted in photos.

The cats socks are a great idea but the image cut out and processing was subpar. For me I’d keep looking for a gift and try this when the folks improve their image processing skills.

Weird/cheap feeling material, took forever to get shipped and even longer to arrive.

I received my order later than I expected and the 1 pair of socks was not at all what I ordered. I have sent an email and have not heard anything back to rectify this.

Cheap quality

When I say the ad for these pup socks on Facebook, I was excited to give my sister a "fun' gift. I ordered the socks in late November and on December 6th of 2021, I received a notification that they were on their way. The tracking did not work. I received them on Tuesday, December 28th. The picture I sent was of a black cat with a bell collar..I asked them to crop it, so the bell is visible, they did that, but the sock quality is very poor. They aren't soft and the picture quality isn't great. I just would not order these again..

I wanted to do this because our family loves their pets. This company and customer service was a great disappointment. Poor quality. For wanting to help animals instead you show a complete lack of disregard for the pets we love so much. We have rescued numerous animals I am sad that you pull at our heartstrings to help animals. 😢
