The order arrived so late, on 20th of Dec. The quality is horrible and feels like compression socks. The photo I sent was clear the photo on the socks are dark. These were a gift to my niece I've been sick and in the hospital and just now found out she can't wear them because they are too uncomfortable. She's a nurse and compression socks would be OK, but she says they fit weird, but are cute. Had I known how they fit earlier, I would have returned them. Too expensive for something she can't comfortably wear Very disappointed.

Never received the parcel, I’m asking for refund

Company wasn’t equipped to handle influx of orders and continued to advertise that orders would be completed in 3-5 days. Mine took 4 weeks. Quality was so so, certainly not worth $30 for one pair… and that was with a discount!

I was so excited to order a pair of socks and a face mask for my son in law for a Christmas present. I ordered in the first week of November. Nothing arrived. I sent several emails to their customer service. In the week after Christmas I got a reply with an apology and an offer to either refund my money by cancelling my order or take a 20% refund and wait for my order. Since it would have cost me $9 per item “fee” to get a full refund I chose the discount and continued to wait. I did receive $8 back into my bank account. I finally got a tracking number that my items had shipped on Jan 5 or 6. The tracking said my item was delivered to a PO Box. I don’t have a P.O. Box. I have a street address. I am now pursuing a refund. Good luck out there!

I have ordered several pair of socks in the past and they all looked great. This order was horrible, cant even tell what the picture is. I would have thought if the pic did not show properly on the socks someone would have reached out to me for a different pic. The 2 pair I ordered were to be given to my parents but they look like they have just a big black spot with a pink tongue.. they are horrible.

Placed order in December and have still not received my order. Today is 1/19/22. When I track the order it says it will deliver by end of day. Every day the date changes and still have not received my order.

Socks were thin and the print was super dark, did not come out as hoped at all

My order was placed in November for a Christmas gift and arrived mid-January. The socks are so dark that you can hardly see that it is a dog. Disappointed.
