Thanks for the feedback, Kim!! While your socks are being made, they are stretched to ensure that when your son's proudly wear their socks around, their furry friend's face does not stretch, so they can have a little wiggle room! This will affect the initial shape and quality, but once they are washed and worn they bounce right back into shape 🐾

So sorry to hear that the quality of your socks left much to be desired 😔 Have you been able to give them a wash yet (preferably inside out)? Your socks appear to have that interesting texture due to a process called sublimation that involves a heated press to seal your image into the sock material. However, once washed and worn, the socks will take their familiar shape and feel!

Great suggestion, Larry! We actually do have yellow socks on one of our sister sites, BaeSocks.com 💛 You can put your Lab, your face, or anyone you love's face on a number of cool items!

Thanks for placing an order, Emily! We're sorry about those discrepancies regarding the physical quality of your socks 😥 Our socks are a specialty item made just for you and we appreciate your feedback regarding your order. When we make your socks, they are stretched to ensure that when you proudly wear them around, your image does not stretch, so you can have a little wiggle room! This will most likely affect the shape and your initial impression, but once they are washed and worn they bounce back into shape 🤞🏾

That's some really useful feedback, Michael ☝🏾 We're glad you were impressed with the print quality of your socks, but duly apologetic that the physical quality left much to be desired. Have you had a chance to wash your pair yet? Due to a heat image sealing process that we use when producing your socks, they do seem a bit thin upon arrival. However, one good wash and wear should surely bounce them back into place 🚿
