Awful and shady company. I ordered a pair of socks on November 24th and it has been almost a month after and I haven't received what I bought. I received a tracking number only after I sent a complaint through PayPal but no package was sent to USP. It's a very deceitful company.

Customer Service does not respond! I have reached out multiple times since receiving an email saying that my package shipped. The tracking number shows that the shipment is ready to ship and hasn't changed status in over 20 days. There is no number to call and emails asking for help have not been answered. It's incredibly frustrating and I do not recommend this company.

Did not receive the custom socks I ordered. Ordered socks with my goldendoodle on them, received socks with a cat on them. Would not recommend.

I placed my order on November 28th and I still haven’t arrived. Every day the tracking says it will be delivered by 9pm that day and then the next day it changed to 9pm that day and this has happened for over a week.

The socks we received were nothing close to what we ordered. First, we uploaded a picture of the dog to be featured on the socks; this is not that dog. Second, we ordered a specific pattern, and it was not gumball machines and popcorn. Also, we ordered medium, but these are tube socks and thus HAVE no size. And they feel like they are 100% polyester. I immediately reached out to customer service to get this problem fixed. They replied that they would need three days to get back to me. That was over a week ago. This is a sham company and I would never recommend it to anybody. Also, we want our money back.

Only a portion of my order came and it came defective. I emailed the company and so far I still haven't heard back from anyone.

Please take me off of your email list. I received my $36 facemask order today and the quality of the image is only of a black silhouette. No actual picture of our fur baby can be deciphered. I could not recommend Pup Socks. $36 waste of money...horrible

Ordered on 12/3. Received an email the item shipped on 12/4. The tracking has never updated. It’s 12/20 and I still don’t have my item. I’ve emailed multiple times and have yet to have someone respond.
