Thanks for placing an order, Carol!! We strongly urge them to wash their socks ☝🏾When your socks are produced, they are stretched to ensure that when you wear them around, your image does not stretch, so you can have a little wiggle room! This is why your socks appear thin upon first impression, but once they are washed and worn they bounce right back into shape!

We're sorry you didn't feel like the physical quality of your socks was up to standard 😔 Have you been able to wash them yet? If not, we'd suggest giving this a try! Your socks appear thin upon first impression due to a heated image sealing process called sublimation that we use when producing them. However, that rinse should definitely do the trick ☝🏾
