Thanks for the honest feedback, Courtney! Have you been able to give your socks a wash yet? They appear a bit thin upon arrival due to a heat sealing process called sublimation that we use to get your pup on the socks. However, a good rinse cycle is sure to revive them 🚿 Let us know if you have any more inquiries at https://gopupsocks.com/contact-us/!

We're sorry that your socks didn't arrive as cozy as expected 🙁 Have you been able to wash them yet? If not, we suggest giving this a try! Our socks are made using a process called sublimation that involves a heated press to seal your image into the sock material. However, once washed and worn, the socks definitely bounce back in shape ☝🏾

Thanks for placing an order, Danielle! We're sorry to hear that your socks are starting to fade 😟 For best results, please wash inside out with cold water and be sure not to use any bleaches. Let us know if this helps any at https://gopupsocks.com/contact-us/!

Thank you for your feedback, Sarah! When your socks are produced, they are stretched to ensure that when you wear your socks around, your image does not stretch, so you can have some wiggle room! This may affect the shape and your first impression, but once they are washed and worn they bounce right back into shape 🚿
