HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Placed order last week of November, blanket and three pairs of socks. After waiting over three weeks only the blanket was delivered, although, I was charged for the three pair of socks. I have reached out multiple times via email and NO RESPONSE!!! This company is a SCAM and I have notified PayPal.

I ordered 4 pair of special socks for Christmas gifts, they were ordered the end of November. I received 1 pair and when I go to the sure to check the order it says that it was shipped and received. I’ve sent multiple emails with no response!!!!!! I paid over $100 for 4 pair of socks and I’m extremely upset that I don’t have my gifts for Christmas and I’ve received no response from the company!!!!!!!!!! I will NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM TJIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!! One VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!!!!

Very unhappy with my purchase! My socks came and were more or less an outline of the dog, plus they were two toned. The top part of the sock was printed one color and the bottom part of the sock was straight black. I have tried contacting customer service but no response as they only email - no physical number to call. Their 100% satisfaction rate is hogwash. I would not recommend purchasing from them.

Ordered and paid for a blanket with 3 dog faces on it. Received it with only 1 face on it. They will not respond to repeated requests over 2 weeks for a refund or a corrected one. I'm out $53.63 and am stuck with something I didn't order. Thanks for nothing.

My socks took almost 2 months to be delivered and then they were wrong and did not have my dog on there they had someone else’s baby on them. I emailed customer service a week ago and still haven’t heard back.

Overall pretty disappointed. Several things… 1) The designer does not give you a chance to preview the socks before they make them. If they had, I would have asked them to lighten the photo because it came out looking super dark. 2) The sock quality is terrible. They are not normal, soft socks. They have a sort of synthetic, slick texture that’s really weird. 3) The socks I received already have picks in the fabric. They look old. I feel like this is basically a gimmicky thing that looks like it will be cool but is very poorly executed.
