Positive: Socks were delivered after waiting 3 weeks on Christmas Eve, so they were just in time. My dog’s face was cropped well for the design. Negative: I emailed after two weeks of waiting to get an update with no response until a week after delivery. Socks are a really weird quality and not very usable. All in all, a unique idea, but I would not order again due to poor sock quality and lack of communication.

It took 3 weeks to get my order. The socks are stiff and the mask is too small to wear.

Did socks with two cats. One picture was great the other one, not so much. It might have been die to the picture I sent. I wish someone would have contacted me and asked for a better picture of this one didn't work.

I ordered on December 6th and didn't receive until after Christmas. I was told my order was in production on Dec. 7th but heard nothing further. The photo I submitted was of a black and white dog and the photo on the socks looks just black. Poor reproduction quality. I wouldn't order again.

A magnificent product with a ridiculous wait time.

Ordered 12/1, order received 12/29! Not in time for Christmas even though it said 8-10 business days for delivery. Tried emailing & received a bot response saying someone would get back to me within 72 hrs & no one ever did! The socks were accurate & thin, but not unwearable like some other reviews stated. Overall, they’re fine.

The blanket is actually very cute. My beef is with the timeliness of shipping and communication of the company. I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my daughter. I ordered it on Dec. 7th. I received an email telling me the order had shipped on Dec. 16th. However, when tracking the item, the shipping company said they had not received the item. I reached out to PupSocks via email and chat through their website and didn’t receive a reply for 8 days. Then they said that slow shipments were affecting everyone and it was out of their control. That would be acceptable if they actually shipped the item vs. printing a shipping label and not taking it to UPS. I shipped things that were larger several days after the 16th and they all made it to their destination before Christmas. I was very unhappy with how this was handled.

The product was great! The twice daily emails trying to sell me more, not so much.
