Customer
Did not deliver, and customer service is inadequate.
I placed an order for Christmas gifts with pupsocks in mid December that was supposed to be delivered by Christmas. It was not delivered by Christmas, which I was okay with, understanding that it’s a busy time of year, and they may have been behind. After several weeks however, with my order still “processing” I reached out to pupsocks customer support on the 8th to see if there was an issue with my order. A week went by with no one replying to my correspondence. Finally, someone reached out and said they were so sorry, there was an issue with my order that affects a “very small number” of orders. They said they had cancelled my order, and would offer me a new one “complimentary.” They said the new order would be shipped ASAP. That was a week ago. I have since followed up several times. They still have not shipped my order, provided an update on when it will be shipped, or refunded me for my cancelled order. I was really patient early on because I figured they were a small business that got a lot of holiday orders and was running behind. It’s now feeling like they’re taking advantage of people. My order was placed over a month ago. They have FAILED to deliver on the value that I paid a lot of money for. There is no reason that it should take this long, or that I should not have received my money back.

We’ve worked so hard to create a structured production and fulfillment process and hate that we dropped the ball with your order with us.
