I was disappointed I the quality of the finished product. It did not seem to reflect the price.

Bad quality material, photo quality poor. Cropped out most of my picture. Good for a gag gift...at best.

These socks are only cute because my adorable dog is pictured on them. The red sock is orange, not the red depicted in the photos on line. The sock is more of a cheaply made tube sock rather than a decent quality shoe sock. This company should charge your account when the item is shipped, as opposed to when the order is placed. In my case we waited 8 weeks. Hopefully these issues will be corrected as this is a cute idea. I would not order again.

The good... The Picture comes out very cute. And the bad... 1) Don’t expect typical comfy stretchy sock fabric, maybe because of the process to create the images. 2) ordered XL for gifts and they’ll definitely only fit a child’s foot and leg. No stretch at all. 3) Delivery time was 6 weeks so plan ahead if it’s for a gift.

Socks are OK, kind of a cheaper material but they look good....However, it took FOREVER to get them. I ordered Dec. 4 with a promise to get them before Xmas......Nope...... And their communication is terrible..... Once they have your $$$$ you will not hear from them again.

I was so happy you order socks for all our (older) kids from our dog for Christmas. However they did not arrive until Jan 5, well after the delivery time quoted. Meantime they have 2 sales on the socks ($6 off, buy 3 get 1) and I cannot get in touch with a single person for at least a partial reimbursement. Sent 2 emails (nothing) and today find out the mailbox is full. If I'd known the way they run their business I'd have searched elsewhere. Sadly disappointing. :(

I really wish I had found this review site before I gave Pupsocks $32. I ordered these in plenty of time for Christmas but never got a confirmation. They managed to charge my credit card immediately though! I waited a while and then got a group email a few days before Christmas with a link to a "certificate" to give the gift recipient. WOW! I hunted for a while to find a contact email and told them I needed to cancel the order. I wasn't going to give my daughter a certificate for christmas! Of course I had no order number to reference. Never heard anything. A week after christmas the sock arrived. The quality is shockingly bad and the photo of my dog had been cropped so much you could hardly tell it was her. Once my daughter realized her dog was on the socks she got slightly excited but she had to look at it for a while before she figured it out. Oh, and now, another week or so after they arrived, I get an email with the tracking number and a "I hope you liked your socks"!!!! What the???? Don't waste your money! Jan 24, 2018- To update, PupSocks did refund part of my money due to my bad experience even though I didn't request it so they're trying to make amends and keep the business running. Upgrading from one star to two for the effort. I hope they can improve the quality of the product and the communication with their customers.

Received the socks yesterday 1/11 and they were ordered after Thanksgiving. Look cute, but are terrible quality.
