Its a good concept. The sock was a kind of slinky/synthetic material which wasnt bad, but instead of my dog's face being cut out it had a dark border around it and was only kind of cutout. Did not look like the website examples.

Cute, however poor quality and took a very very long time to be delivered.

VERY unhappy with my order. Submitted an order on 12/2/17 with an estimated delivery of 15 days. Was intended as a Christmas present. Got an email on 12/19 saying product had shipped. Next email was 12/23 saying it would be delivered on 12/26. Finally received it on 12/28. Picture on the socks that I ordered didn't look like the picture that I uploaded when placing my order. Wasn't worth my time to try to call and complain. Was a 'one-time' order. Didn't have any intent of ordering again in the future; this experience made sure that they won't get my business again. Waste of $30+ (including the shipping).

Not a 3rd time C.
I ordered my first pair of pup socks in late summer and they were PERFECT! I received them quickly, they were high quality, and the picture was spot on. Having had a great experience, I ordered a pair for a Christmas gift on Novemb 28. I didn’t receive the socks until mid-January, and they were a completely different product than my first order. They fit strangely, they had red stains, and the photo kind of looked like a blob. Luckily for me, the recipient of the gift wasn’t offended.

I got two pair, with two different doggo pictures. To be fair, one turned out AMAZING, however, the second one was very disappointing. The inconsistency is what I found inadequate. I would expect that if a picture wouldn't create a quality photo that the PupSocks team would reach out and let the customer know before proceeding. Like I mentioned, we had 1 pair turn out great, the second pair my golden has a triage for a head.

Sadly I had really HIGH hopes for these socks. Yes, they placed our dog's photo on the socks, and it looks like him which is adorable. The issue is once you place the socks on his face gets so distorted from the fabric stretching that his face in unrecognizable once worn. I ordered a men's large and I am a woman who wears 7 1/2 shoe. I won't be buying from PupSocks again and would not recommend unless they make changes in thier fabric of socks.
Response from GoPupSocksMar 12, 2018
So sorry to hear about the distortion in your new socks! Have you been able to wash them yet? As the socks go through production, they are stretched to ensure that when you wear them, your furry friend's face does not stretch, so you can have some wiggle room! This is why upon your socks seem a bit thin upon first impression, but once they are washed and worn by the pet lover in your life they bounce right back into shape 🤞🏾

Shipping took almost 3 weeks longer than expected, socks are poor quality, and socks are so dark you can barely see there's a cat on them. Would not reccomend.

Overpaid for a product that I ordered with plenty of time (according to PupSocks timeline) but still didn't receive until AFTER Christmas.
