We appreciate you for reaching out to us, Sonia! We're honored to be able to resolve those problems for you. Also, have you been able to wash your socks yet? If not, we'd suggest giving this a try! Your socks seem thin upon arrival because when they are produced, they are stretched to ensure that when you wear them around, your furry friend's face does not stretch, so you can have a little wiggle room! However, once they are washed and worn they bounce right back into shape 🚿

So completely sorry about the stuttered communication 😞 We're also apologetic that you felt the physical quality of your socks left some to be desired. They do seem a bit thin upon arrival due to a heated image sealing process called sublimation that we use when producing your socks. However, one good wash and wear should bring them right back to life!

We know your socks seem thin upon first impression, however, this won't affect your sock's quality in the long run. It is due to a heated image sealing process called sublimation that we use, but one good rinse cycle should put an end to that in no time 🤞🏾

😞 We're so terribly sorry to hear that your order has already incurred damages! For best results, machine-wash your socks inside-out with cold water and tumble dry on low heat or line dry. Avoiding the use of fabric softener and dryer sheets will allow for long-lasting results. Washing our socks with like colors as you normally would your other clothing will not affect the quality of your socks in any way.
