Can’t review something I haven’t received

Placed order for 3 Xmas gifts on December 4th, with website saying "guaranteed delivery for Christmas". Received email on December 20, saying shipped. However, company used UPS Innovation, which is really handing off to US Postal which doesn't provide accurate tracking. Contacted company on 12/22 and received email saying due to high volume will take 72 hours for a response. Clearly company was overwhelmed and rather take the $ and miss its commitments vs. cut off orders so it can meet commitments.>>>Update 12/29 - Order came in late, after Christmas... cheap fabric, pictures were not edited well, and colors poor. First off I only received 3 out of 4 pairs of the socks I’ve ordered. Second I emailed them immediately and sent pictures of what I did receive along with the packaging and have never heard back from them. Finally the socks are the most awful quality I’ve ever seen. The pictures are tinted weird making one of my dogs look half pink and the fabric is a weird satiny feeling that I’ve never seen other socks in. At this point I’ve paid almost $100 for three pairs of gag-gift socks that will likely be tried on on Christmas morning and then never worn again.

Received wrong socks.

Order was wrong. Only received one of the two pair. Attempts to contact and make right is frugal (received delivery failure notice to my email after attempting to contact through provided email contact. I believe it was the Instagram link.) Delivery was abnormally long. (Ordered before a birthday with what seemed like plenty of time, few weeks), delivery date kept getting delayed a few days. Was not able to give as a birthday gift in time.

The picture didn’t show up on the socks, when I contacted them about it I never got a response back.

I NEVER GOT MY SOCKS AND NO ONE WILL ANSWER MY EMAILS. I ORDERED THEM IN NOVEMBER. IM HEATED!!!!

Ordered on November 28 for Christmas. Socks have still not arrived on December 22. Contacted customer service but got no response. Maybe the socks are fine, but who knows if they will ever arrive?
