Love the socks. The one dog is dark and it is hard to make out his features on the socks. Still cute

Graphics are awesome... but like i kinda wish they were affixed with a tag or like... something to make them look more legit. Like its just two socks. No tag on them or anything.
Response from GoPupSocksApr 3, 2018
Thank you for that open feedback, Julie! We're glad you were impressed with the print quality of your socks! At the moment, we don't include a tag on the inside of your socks. However, we'll keep that idea in mind for the future 🔮

These socks are the cutest thing you can ever have if you offcourse love your pet as much as I do. They work fast and they are always answering your concerns. I gave them four stars just because you can not see a pre of the socks but dont worries they will be just fantastic! My dog looks so handsome on them!
Response from GoPupSocksApr 3, 2018
Thank you for your honest feedback, Maria! Unfortunately, at the moment, we cannot provide a proof before shipping because our designers personally set up your image and crop out your furry friend's head. However, your image was crystal clear! If you ever have any inquiries about your order before it ships, don't hesitate to visit https://gopupsocks.com/contact-us/ ☝🏾

Adorable socks. Did a great job with pictures. Only negative thing to say is the quality of the socks is not great. Love them though!

We appreciate your openness and honesty, Leslie! Have you been able to wash your socks yet? Our socks are made using a process called sublimation that involves a heated press to seal your image into the sock material. However, once washed and worn, the socks will take their familiar shape and feel 🚿 Let us know how it goes at https://gopupsocks.com/contact-us/ !

I had a bad experience the first time I ordered. I wasn’t going to order again. You all sent me a coupon. My girlfriend, who I had bought them for the first time, wanted a pair for her granddaughter. So I ordered again. Second time was so much better! I am truly impressed by the change. I know starting a new business is hard. I will order again. Thanks.

We appreciate you for sticking it out with us, Holly 🙏🏾 We've been working hard to make improvements with our shipping and customer service efficiency and are glad you gave us the opportunity to show you! If you'd like to order again, don't hesitate to use discount code: trust20 to receive 20% off!

I loved my PupSocks! They came quickly and it was adorable. The physical socks are a lower quality than I would like for the price point, but I LOVE the idea and I love my dogs face on the socks. Great WORK!

We're so happy that you were impressed with the overall quality of your socks! Have you been able to wash them yet? If not, we suggest giving this a try as it will more than likely improve upon your socks' physical quality 🐾

Pretty good quality socks! They haven't been gifted yet, but good elasticity & great color . Will for sure fit to the size I ordered.
