MY order was incorrect. I received someone else pet socks. I have emailed SEVERAL times about this and no one ever responds. Plus the actual socks are a weird fabric and cheap and don't look anything like the advertisement pictures.

I placed my order on November 13. I had not heard anything so I sent an email on December 8 asking for a status. I received a response on December 10 with a tracking number. I checked the tracking number and it indicated that the product would arrive by December 16 at 9 PM. When it didn’t arrive I checked the tracking number again and it said the product would arrive by December 17 at 9 PM. It is still not here and I checked today and it said the product will arrive by December 22 at 9 PM. Since this has been going on for a week now, the fact is the tracking number is useless and I have no idea when, or if, the product is going to arrive. Very frustrating experience to say the least.

I ordered a pair of socks in early November and they barely arrived in time for Christmas. When the socks did arrive, they had a snag on the front which was very visible. After reaching out to customer service twice, I have yet to hear back. I do not recommend this company.

I placed an order almost a month ago for five pair of nearly identical socks. (Same pup, same image on all five pair.) They supposedly shipped two weeks ago but the tracking number is not valid. Questions to customer support have gone unanswered. I'm about to give up and go to my credit card company for a refund.

The mask is not Adult size. I sent an email to customer service about how small it is as soon as it arrived almost two weeks ago and they have not replied.

NEVER RECEIVED ITEMS. EMAILED 3 TIMES AND NEVER HEARD BACK 0 STARS TERRIBLE WILL NEVER GET BUSINESS AGAIN

Seriously? This whole company is on autopilot. They want me to review the order I STILL haven't received! Ordered Nov 27th..3 spam emails a day to order more.. Says shipped Dec 8th... Today is the 22nd and the UPS tracking number still says that it is "READY for pickup" to be shipped. Emailed them the 17th and still no response. Review? I want my money back.
