I submitted the same photo for a tie and socks and the file for the socks was lost. I resubmitted and the socks were sent along. The tie was fine, but the photo on the socks was poorly cropped, the materials used are substandard and there are strange red marks along the openings of the socks. For the price, I would not purchase again.

Socks are weak quality and pictures were barely visible. Had I been able to see a proof (I was aware they didn’t show a proof before printing when ordering) I would not have placed the order or would have tried to pick a different picture. Would not order from here again.

Material and finishing were very low quality- probably won’t survive the washer

Thanks for ordering with us! On the contraire, washing your socks is actually the best thing for them! We understand you socks may seem a bit thin upon arrival, but one good wash will bounce them right back into sock shape 😆 For best results, machine-wash your socks inside-out with cold water and tumble dry on low heat or line dry. Using a mild detergent and avoiding the use of fabric softener and dryer sheets will allow for long-lasting results.

The actual printed image was good, but the quality of the socks was horrible. A weird thin material, the person i got them for is probably never gonna wear them. I don’t leave bad reviews but i was really excited about these and the result was disappointing.

Our socks are made using a process called sublimation that involves a heated press to seal your image into the sock material. I love the idea and hate that I’m giving 2 stars. The socks themselves are HUGE. The “Small Women’s 6-10” socks are like a men’s size 12, no joke. Also, I had it gift wrapped for Valentine’s Day. They boxed it up with a bow, and then mailed the gift box in a soft plastic envelope. The box was totally crushed in transit and had to be immediately thrown out. A gift box should not be shipped in a soft envelope to begin with... this wouldn’t have happened if it was shipped in something more substantial than a plastic envelope. I wound up having to go out and buy a new box.
