Ordered 1 pair of socks on 18 November. Supposedly shipped on 2 December. The tracking information has said "shipping information received" ever since. Received an email asking me to do a review on 16 December. Still no product received but rather than write a nasty review I emailed customer support to enquire. Got a reply saying they are very busy and it might take 72 hours before I get a reply. It's been 144 hours and counting. Beginning to think that there is no product at all and this is a scam.

Never received my order, nor ever got a response from them as to a status check on my order. I don’t know if my order ever shipped, if it arrived and was taken by someone else, if it fell off the FedEx truck in transit, if it’s sitting in a warehouse somewhere, or anything else. What I do know is that I’m now having to fly halfway across the country with one less gift, and that really sucks. Thanks for nothing, PupSocks.

Was only sent half my order, customer service has been completely unresponsive for over 2 weeks, now I won’t be able to have my items ready for Christmas despite ordering more than a month ago.

Terrible, instead of getting a picture of my dog 🐕 got black blobs on cheap socks...I contacted the company 3 ways and no response.

Was unhappy when I opened it up. The faces didn't pop, it was all mashed together I couldn't even tell it was our dog's face.

I didnt receive the correct order and when I reached out to customer support they never answered me

I ordered 3 pairs of socks, all with the same dogs face. I received my order, and only ONE of the 3 pairs had my dogs face. The other 2 socks were not of my dog! I contacted the company and have not heard back. These were also for Christmas, so now I will have to come up with a different plan.

Wrong product, poor quality, ZERO communication after purchase. I just chargebacked my cc but most are not this lucky. Horrible to scam people at Christmas time.
