Thanks for ordering! I'm so sorry that you weren't impressed with the material quality of your socks ☹️ We really appreciate that feedback, as well! When your socks are made, they are stretched to ensure that when you wear your socks around, your furry friend's face does not stretch, so you can have a little wiggle room! This may affect the shape upon first impression, but once they are washed and worn they bounce back into shape, scouts honor 🤞🏾

Thanks for ordering, Joe! So sorry you were less than impressed with the quality of your new socks 😕 Initially, you socks may have a hard time stretching and seem thin because of a process called sublimation. However, after a wash and wear, your socks should feel brand new 🤘🏾

Thanks for placing an order with us! I'm sorry that your socks appear pretty thin upon first impression! Though, once you give them a good wash and wear, they will bounce right back into sock shape 🚿Our socks are made using a very special process called sublimation that involves a heated press to seal your image into the sock material, thus making your socks appear a bit thinner upon arrival.

Also, unfortunately, at the moment we cannot provide a proof before shipping be cause our designers personally set up your image and crop out your furry friend's head.
