I ordered four items. Three were correct. One was in the wrong color with a dog on it that is not mine. I contacted Pup Socks to rectify this. Several weeks later I still have not received a response. Would not recommend.

Received socks a month after ordering and my dogs photo was not on them. Instead received socks with two u known dogs. No response to my email inquiry .

Since you sent the wrong order, then I was told my order could not be filled. I would get a refund. Tried to get a refund and was hacked by you or whoever you have who pretends to give refunds. I'd say I will never order from you again.

Was super disappointed to receive the wrong order :( Gift was supposed to be for a Secret Santa. Tried contacting to remedy the issue but no response on their end. Don't expect quality or speedy response time.

The design was well done but the fabric is absolutely terrible.

The order I received was incorrect. I received 2 dogs that aren’t mine and only 1 sock that was correct. Very disappointed. No one has responded to my order or about my refund.

Terrible customer service communication.

Horrible quality. Picture itself is ok but the material is horrible. It's one BIG tubesock. Looks like a Compression stalking. Nothing anyone would actually want to wear.
