There was white streaks across the top of the blanket

Horrible customer service and late shipping. I ordered a week before their Christmas shipping cutoff. Never received the order for Christmas. Received it several days after Christmas. I contacted customer service on Christmas Eve - no response. It’s now December 31 and still no response! I do like the blanket, but am disappointed I paid for shipping and didn’t receive it in a timely manner. Almost 3 weeks turnaround of an order (when their site said 1-2 days) and no one from their company even contacted me to notify me or follow up to my questions.

Slow production and shipping. End product used a cropped low definition version of the picture I submitted.

Whoever digitally “cut out” my dog’s face, made his head flat, and cut off the upper part of his head and ears. They did not keep the natural curve of the top of his head. It looks silly. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Socks look good. However, they have a weird feel to them when worn. They are difficult to put on even though they are the correct size. Socks look really good, but I won’t be wearing them.

We loved the image, captured our dog perfectly. The issue however is with the construction of the socks. There is no banding or finishing on the top of the sock. It is uneven and looks as if it was just sheared off of the machine which is unfortunate.

My dogs pictures were very dark. Cute concept tho

Cute, but not super comfy. Took quite awhile to arrive and all the customer service emails came back as undeliverable.
