I was disappointed at how long the order took. When I sent an inquiry I was told I’d hear back in a few days- I never did., socks are cute. It just left a bad taste that my socks were still in production weeks after the order placed., and then got a generic response that I’d be contacted and never was

The Bad and Good of Two Dog Faces on a Blanket and Socks
The Bad:
1. Delivery Time Was Way Too Slow. The website said 5-8 business days to get my order, but actual delivery time was about 14 business days. I placed my order on Dec 9 but didn't get them until Dec 30, obviously past Christmas. I had gotten the gifts for my dad who flew into town from out of state, and he ended up not getting his present because of how long it took to get my items. Therefore, when they finally did arrive, I then had to go to the post office and spend even more time, energy, and money to mail them to him, and he still won't get them until later in January. It made for some awkwardness during Christmas.
2. Limited Background Color Selection. It'd be nice if there were more neutral color choices for the blanket and socks. Neon colors and camo print aren't everyone's preferences.
3. Decent (Not Great) Quality. The socks' material felt almost plastic-like, and I'm not sure how they'll hold up in the wash. They were not the most comfortable to wear, making my skin itch.
4. High Price. For one blanket and two pairs of socks, I ended up spending almost $90. Granted, these are of course custom-made items, but still, the price (especially considering the other issues listed above) was too high.
The Good:
1. Print quality of my uploaded pictures onto the blanket and socks was really good. They did a great job of cropping the exact areas of my dog's face and body I wanted. I went with the option to upload two dog pictures to print, and each one turned out well, with minimal (if any) graininess despite being printed on fabric.
Bottom Line:
I likely would not re-order these items because of the "bad" listed above, especially not having received the products in time for Christmas.

Thrilled that $ is donated to help animals. Also loved picture of my pup on the socks. In my opinion, material is inferior. Not a comfortable sock, either. Realize it’s a novelty, but for $30 (times 2), is way too much!

The image is dark
The photo of my sons cat on the socks is very dark, much darker than the photo I submitted. You really have to look at the image carefully to see which of our cars is featured on the socks.

Adorable But Not to Wear
Okay, so these look adorable and the artist nailed cropping the images. However, these feel t e r r i b l e. Like, they aren’t normal fabric, or if they are they are coated so completely by spray-on color for the images and background that they’re more of an art piece than a sock you’d want to wear. Bought several pairs for friends as Christmas presents and am basically going to gift them with the suggestion that they repurpose them lol

Cute but low quality
These are wicked cute, but the material the socks are knit from is really poor quality and has very little elasticity to it. I feel a bit confused--the socks pictured on the website are clearly made of a different knit. I feel like it's really misleading advertising. Too expensive for what they are.

Ordered the socks November 12 intended…
Ordered the socks November 12 intended as a Christmas gift for my daughter who was coming home from college for the holidays. The socks didn’t come until the week after Christmas after my daughter had gone back to school abroad. I had to contact Pup Socks twice to ask them to fix whatever barrier was getting in the way of delivery. I feel that the time it took from order to delivery was unreasonable.
