We were excited about the potential, but fairly disappointed with the execution on every level. We ordered three pairs of socks and they all arrived about a week later than expected - missing christmas. Two pairs had the correct pictures - the cropping wasn't as nice as the website examples and one pair was printed very dark. The third pair had pictures of someone else's cat. The socks aren't very stretchy and are multiple sizes larger than they should be. I contacted Pupsock's about the issue with the wrong picture and was asked to send pictures. I did and haven't heard back for two weeks. Hopefully they can get things figured out, because we still love the idea!

Can't print darker dogs. Beware -- if your dog happens to be dark brown or black, Pupsocks has trouble printing clear photos of their facial features on colored socks.

Terrible experience. Ordered socks for my Granddaughter for Christmas 2 months early. Got tracking email that indicated ship but tracking info never changed in 3 weeks like it was never picked up. Reached out multiple times as instructed through email and FB messenger, no response from either. They don’t provide a customer service phone number for a reason-they don’t care about customer service. Never got the product and finally on January 3! got email that socks had never shipped. I chose the refund option. They deduct customization fees when refunding so basically they still get paid for nothing. Will never order from them again and my advice is to avoid this company, it’s really kind of a scam.

Not only did the order take a longtime but the picture on the docks is so dark you can’t tell what it is. Very disappointed

Awful product and awful customer service. I’ve emailed them twice since December 27 and almost 4 weeks later, still no response.

The order took over a month and a half to come in and the print quality was terrible. The silky style socks were low quality, too. $30 was too much for what I actually got. Very disappointed.

Not only was my order sent to the wrong address, but there were no photos printed on the socks. I wrote t0 customer service 2 weeks ago but have not received a response. So I essentially paid $26.50 for a pair of plain blue socks.

Update 2/3/2022: I wanted to take a minute to acknowledge that Betsy did reach out and provide a rebate which I appreciate, although it took a month, maybe more than 10 poor interactions with their Cust. Service team, and then me having to go out of my way to publicly air all of these issues for the company to be willing to provide the refund that I was legally owed. For this reason, I still would not order from this company but wanted to be fair in updating this post stating I did finally receive a refund. ———————————————- ORIGINAL MESSAGE: Wow, this company is absolutely horrible to deal with. Run away before you make a mistake! The socks are not comfortable at all and are bad quality. My husband doesn’t want to wear them. In addition to that waste of money, they also said that I ordered these on another date, double charged my credit card, and sent me someone else’s socks as a duplicate order and have wasted my time over the last two weeks emailing back-and-forth and now saying that they’ll just print more socks. I already told him the socks were not even good to start with and I didn’t want any more pairs. They have no customer service phone number to call and if I would’ve known this in the first place I never would’ve ordered from them because they’re an absolute scam! Now they’ve stolen my money and are making excuses saying that it was my fault which it absolutely was not. They have no clue what’s going on and don’t even care to refund a $20 order to provide good customer service. As soon as rude as I received someone’s incorrect order two weeks before Christmas I notified them and no one reached out to me until the new year to even acknowledge my email. I was just trying to help someone else get their actual order on time for Christmas but the company clearly didn’t care about that. Shame on them. Stay away!
