Lisa, Thank you for your purchase! Your socks may seem a bit thin upon the first impression due to a heated image sealing process called sublimation that we use when producing them. However, a quick rinse cycle should resolve that in no time 😉. We are happy that the kids got a kick out their new custom socks. Please don't hesitate to visit https://gopupsocks.com/contact-us/ and we will do our best to provide additional customer satisfaction.

Monique, We are glad to have been able to fulfill your custom order! So sorry to hear that you were less than impressed with the quality, though 😕 When your socks go through production, they are stretched to ensure that when you wear your socks around, your furry friend's face does not stretch, so you can have a little wiggle room! Upon first impression, this may affect the sock's shape, but once they are washed and worn, they bounce back right back. If you feel that a larger size would be best, feel free to send us an email to https://gopupsocks.com/contact-us/ and we will get a larger size to you with no problem 🐾 Thanks again for your purchase!

We're ecstatic to hear that you were impressed with your overall PupSocks experience ☺️ When the socks go through production, they are stretched to ensure that when you wear them around, your image does not stretch, so you can have a little room to wiggle! This is why your socks seem a bit strange upon first impression, but once they are washed and worn they bounce right back into shape.

Thank you for contacting us, Ayse! Since your dog has a coat a fur, we didn't want any overheating to occur so we make our bandanas as thin as we can! We hope you give us another chance, and if you do, don't hesitate to use discount code: trust20 to receive 20% off 🙏🏾
