The socks look cute, but I will never wear them because the material they're made out of is thin and cheap feeling. I'm disappointed.

Although they're adorable, the socks are on the expensive side and the quality isn't great and the colors (especially the "red") aren't as pictured online. My bigger issue is with the customer service. I had ordered 5 pairs (for my kids and me--$150), and chose a pair of "red" ones for my son. A couple days later, I ordered another red pair for my husband and although I didn't notice at the time, I never received an order confirmation email. My son's red ones arrived and looked nothing like the red online. In reality, they're closer to a fluorescent watermelon color. At that point, I went to look for my husband's order b/c I couldn't remember if I had ordered red for him as well. If I had, I wanted to change the color. It was then that I realizedI hadn't received the confirmation so had no order # to reference (despite the lack of confirmation, they had managed to charge my credit card so at least that part of the operation is working). The only way to contact Pup Socks is via email so I emailed with the hope of pausing the order. I received a response TEN DAYS LATER. TEN DAYS. Not only that, but the response was completely non-sequitur and did not in any way address my questions/issue. It was like they didn't even read my request. As you would expect, another pair of fluorescent watermelon socks arrived. Based on the abysmal customer service I received the first time, it wasn't even worth going through the hassle to return them. One other thing--if you have a fuzzy dog, the picture on the socks basically cuts all of it off. It's like they take a pair of scissors and just cut around the head--no detail at all. Again, adorable idea. I hope some other company with better quality and customer service copies it as I won't be buying from this company again.

Great idea, poor execution. The parameters regarding art IMO where not clearly defined and the parameters regarding shipping were perfectly clear. I ordered 3 days before the guaranteed by Christmas delivery, as it was a gift and my friend received it a couple of days after. Note: the company did send a update the week before Christmas stating they would not be able to honor the promised delivery dates. The product it's self was disappointing also. I accepted the terms of not getting a proof first, but the picture I supplied was cropped so poorly my friend did not recognize it as her dog. I'm sure hairy dogs are hard to do and if it was mentioned I would not have made the purchase. My friend's Shiloh Shepherd looked like a grey hound when they finished the socks. :-(

socks look cheaply made, and definitely not worth the money i spent. also took over 3 weeks to get here. and shipping wasn’t cheap. not worth the $50 i spent all around (socks and shipping) for a pair of cheaply made socks that took an excessively long time to come in.

I just wasn’t satisfied with the quality of the socks. To be fair the picture I gave them was a very fluffy kitty, but I felt they way they cropped the picture for the sock made it come out weird, and the socks were a little on the thinner side than I expected

The socks fit a small child, I wish I would have known that before purchasing.

The quality of the socks is terrible, especially for +$30. Would not purchase again or recommend to anyone.

Socks not received in a timely manner. No communication from company representatives. They should have stopped taking orders if they did not have the ability to fill them during the Christmas season. Ordered my socks the day after Thanksgiving and did not receive them until the second week in January. There was no indication on the website that they would not be shipped in time for Christmas, which is pretty standard. Very disappointing. Also socks were incredibly overpriced for the quality. Great concept but very poor execution all around, both in product quality and customer service.
