The socks are very cute and look great, but you can tell the socks are not the best quality. Also, I ordered red socks for my mom with our dog on it and she opened the package and saw they are blue and have a different saying? I was upset at first, but she said would rock them anyway. I even ordered a pair for my aunt because I loved them so much. They have really come a long way.

The photo printing looks fabulous. The quality of the sock fabric looks cheap & thin. Time will tell I guess.

Perhaps I should have picked a different picture of Zoe Bear to put on the socks. While it is acceptable, it seems a bit fuzzy and dark. Just her head was used so it looks like a bunch of dark blotches on the socks. These are a gift so even if I have to explain what the picture is, just having her pup’s face on lime green socks will make Megan smile. And the gift box was so crushed in shipping that I had to find another box to use. Probably won’t order again. Great idea though and I will still recommend to friends (along with advice to be very careful selecting a photo to use).

The socks themselves and quality of work was good. But I checked the box (and paid) to have two faces on both pairs of socks I ordered and they only put one face on the socks even though both dogs faces were in the photo I sent. This was a Mothers Day present so it was too difficult to try to exchange or rectify this mistake as I live in Oregon and my mom lives in Montan. So had I reached out to try and get this fixed, they may have very well sent me what I ordered. But since this was a present I didn’t want to taint my moms gift with having to go through a return/exchange process. Update: PupSocks was very responsive in resolving this issue and explaining what happened. I can't give 5 stars since an error occurred, but I can say that I would be happy to order another pair from them in the future. Unfortunately, good customer service is hard to find these days... fortunately... PupSocks is one of the good ones!
