Very cute but socks run really small and very cheap quality. After first wash strings at cuff hanging and bally. For $30 I would expect better quality socks

The quality of the socks was very poor for the price. And no packaging so the product was also presented poorly

After I ordered I heard no word from them for 3 weeks. Then a few days later I got an email saying my order had shipped. I was disappointed with the quality of the product-both the image and the sock itself. It is hard to tell from the images online, but the socks are just a tube-they don't actually have a curve for the heel.

Hey there! We're so sorry you were less than impressed with our socks, and we apologize for the delay. 😢 When our socks go through production, they are stretched to ensure that when you wear your socks around, your furry friend's face does not stretch, so you can have a little wiggle room! This may affect the shape and first impression of course, but once they are washed and worn by the pet lover in your life they bounce back into shape. We promise! 🤞🏻

Great idea to have your dog/cat on your socks but the quality of the socks is very poor. After 1 wear/wash they faded and got fuzzy. I purchased 3 pair total and it happened to all 3 pair. With the purchase price plus shipping they were not cheap. Wouldn't recommend them. Sorry.
Response from GoPupSocksFeb 21, 2018
Oh no, it seems your pair may have arrived damaged 😰 If you wouldn't mind visiting https://gopupsocks.com/contact-us/ and maybe including a picture of your socks, we would have no problem replacing them with some more durable pairs ASAP!

I ordered these for Christmas and received them Mid January.

These are adorable. But the gift is a “thought that counts” kind of a gift. They are not functional because the quality of the socks is close to the material people put over their shoes in a hospital, unfortunately. Additionally I am very happy that they did so well that they had timing issues, but none of my socks made it in not only the time in which I needed them, but the alotted time promised by PupSocks.

We appreciate your feedback! I'm sorry to hear that you were less than impressed with the quality of your socks 😓 When we make your socks, they are stretched to ensure that when you wear them, your furry friend's face does not stretch! This will affect the shape and first impression, but once they are washed and worn by the pet lover in your life they will come back to life!

Love the socks but the experience was horrible with customer service. You can only be understanding so many times.

I wish I could give more. My first order was great - but timing was slow. I know you suddenly got overwhelmed with production. My second order was a Christmas gift that barely made it in time for Valentine's day. It came with ONE pair of the FIVE socks I ordered.
Response from GoPupSocksFeb 20, 2018
Hi Lisa, thanks for ordering! I'm sorry to hear that your order arrived incomplete 😓 We would love to fulfill the remainder of that order for you! If you wouldn't mind visiting https://gopupsocks.com/contact-us/, we can resolve this for you ASAP!
