I was so excited about ordering these as a gift for my husband. The quality of the image and especially the sock color was very poor. The sock was supposed to be red but was faded and white in many spots. He loved the idea of the socks but agreeds that the execution was discouraging.

Product: 1 Star - The socks are clearly a novelty item. They are Very cheaply made and it’s abundantly clear both in the socks themselves and the cosmetic design. Realize you are not going to be wearing these socks, if you do you may get use of them until they need to be washed, then they’re done. I recommend sending your photo cropped how you want it. They do a TERRIBLE job at cropping picture. Customer Service: 4 Stars - I did get regular responses to my issues. The cropping on the first pair was bad. The second pair was actually worse. When I sent them photos of both and the original photo showing how poor their work was and asking for a refund I got the refund within an hour.

I ordered a pair of socks and chose a photo with 2 people in it, intending for both of the faces to be on the one pair of socks. Instead, the socks I got only had 1 face. So I placed another order for another pair of socks with the other face, thinking that at least I'd be able to mix and match the pairs of socks and still have both faces. The faces were drastically different sizes and were printed on a different type of sock even though I had ordered the same type. There should be a box with directions for how you want the socks made so that the company doesn't keep making mistakes like this.

After waiting for the 14 business mark, I received no update on my shipment. I emailed customer service to simply ask for an update on my order and never received a response. I was then concerned my order would never arrive after reading many negative reviews online. Finally received an email that my order had shipped and though it arrived when the email said it would, I am disappointed in the quality of the socks themselves. I ordered two pairs - on one pair the picture quality was fine but on the other, the dog’s face was cut off in a weird way. Not a huge deal but for the price, wait time, and lack of communication from the company, I would have hoped for a better final product in the end.

I ordered red socks and they arrived neon orange! However, the face was as pictured and the size true to fit.

I ordered these socks for a Christmas gift. They are definitely cute but much more of a novelty item than actually useful. First the print stretches out and show the white fabric underneath when you put them on. The print and color only looks nice on your actual foot but above the ankles it's stretched and white. Also, after a few washes they look like they've been worn a million times. Already fading, pilling, etc..especially underneath the foot area. They are definitely overpriced for the quality. But again, it will give any dog lover that instant WOW ... just don't actually use them.

I bought these for my husband for Valentine’s Day. The image of my husbands dog (that passed away) actually came out really cute, however, the socks themselves are cheap, extremely low quality material. I was pretty bummed when I opened the package to see neon orange (ordered purple) hospital grade socks. Needless to say he’ll never actually wear them (and he loves weird/different socks). Don’t waste your money.

I ordered socks for my mom's birthday. They came in good time and the image of our dog was great, but I ordered them in blue and they came in white and I also paid extra for gift packaging and didn't get that either. Not very impressed, won't order from there again.
