Cute socks, but soooooo expensive

The socks themselves are great however they are very expensive and for that price I expected them to get my order correct and be a higher quality. I sent them a photo of myself and my dog, since this was a valentines day gift for my girlfriend, and specifically emailed them to ask if they could put BOTH face on the socks and they reassured me that they would. Well, the socks came, finally, many weeks later than I expected them to and they only got the face of my dog. Cute, but not correct. Additionally, I paid extra for some gift wrapping that was totally screwed up and looked like crap. Not worth the $$$

I like the idea of the socks and the fact that they donate to charity however, the socks are poorly made. They look extremely cheap and the faces become distorted as soon as you put them on. The socks themselves look as if a child just took a pair of scissors to som fabric.

The socks were fun and my dogs picture was so cute. My issue came with payment. As I checked out I put my gift code (given by my wife for Christmas) in the appropriate box, then I forgot something as I tries to finish checking out and it refreshed the page and made me add my information however it had removed my code and I didn’t see that so I ended up paying the full price which I didn’t notice until I was checking my credit card account later that day. At this time I figured I would just send your site a request and ask you to apply my code to my purchase but your site on my iPhone (I don’t have a laptop) wouldn’t let me complete the process. So at this point a just counted as a loss and decided that I would just go ahead and get a tie then with my code (the socks are okay but the pictures distort once you wear them and I want to see her cute little face all the time) however, when I got to the check out it said my code didn’t exist. So in a nut shell, my wife paid $30 for a code that didn’t work at all and I’ve paid full price for your socks and I couldn’t purchase a tie once I decided to. Just thought you might want to know. Take care. Steve Hedrick

I love the idea of PupSocks and bought my boyfriend a pair as a "gag gift", but I was really disappointed with the actual quality of the socks. $30 is a lot to spend on paper-thin socks - I had a feeling these wouldn't be that nice, but hoped they would at least be something he could wear around the house. Unfortunately, I don't think he'll even wear them just to lounge around in - the socks didn't even have a seam at the top to hold them up! We'll keep them in the sock drawer until spring cleaning season, then they'll likely be tossed.

Part of the cuff was ripped, and the color is faded at the edges. Poor quality for the price.

The socks turned out decent enough but I paid for them to be gift wrapped and the gift box they came in was almost completely destroyed by the time it was delivered.

The quality is horrible for the sock itself. It looks like a sock you'd get at the hospital when you're admitted. It is not soft and the sock is extremely wide. The pictures on the sock get stretched out once you put them on. The only reason the socks get a 2 rating instead of what should be a 0 is because the picture of my dog was very nice. They cropped it well and her face came out beautifully. Also, their customer service was great. When I received my first pupsock with the thread coming undone on my puppy's face, they sent me a new pair right away. It was so disappointing to have my puppy's face on such a poor quality sock. My recommendation would be to go elsewhere.
