Literally never received the order and it’s been over a month. Also never received an email from the company when I inquired about where my order was. The tracking number I received was not a real tracking number.

Absolutely awful when it comes to communication. Package was lost in shipping, emailed via website, direct email, and finally via PayPal, with zero replies. This was going to be a special present for my child of their newest pet for Christmas. But thanks to poor communication skills from pupsocks, this will never be.

Well I’ve contacted customer service several times without hearing from anyone back. Supposedly my purchase shipping out on Dec 8 and I have yet to receive it which was suppose to be a Christmas present. Customer service is horrible because you send out and email saying someone will be in touch in about 72 hours or so yet it’s been a week and nothing

I am Not happy with the socks at all!!! My picture is solid black and not my dog at all!! I wish Someone would of told me the pic was to dark or something but no one did!!! They are a gift and i can Not even give them to her!!!!

Paid almost or over 100 bucks for two pairs of socks that never showed up at my door. Nothing. Got ripped off!

My order still is not arrived! It's been a month of waiting.... And none answers to my question. There is no tracking of my parcel!

Can't review actual product since it has been 3 weeks since I placed my order and it will still be another week before delivery is expected. This is not a shipping delay. It took 3 weeks to process and ship my order. Last year it just took a few days. Very sad that this will not arrive before Christmas. I placed my order on 12/1. That should have been way more than enough time.
