I’d love to give a higher rating but I received socks with someone else’s pet on them. Very disappointed because this was going to beca Christmas present. I sent a message 2 days ago and am still waiting for a reply

Overpriced and very poor quality. Material feels rubbery. Wouldn’t want that on my feet so I’m not even bothering to give it as the gift it was intended to be. Ordered 2 pair.. one was not even with the picture I sent - it had a picture of someone else’s dogs and I sent a picture of people. Customer service still has not responded to me for a refund.

No response from customer service. Did not receive my order. Will never order again. Happy Holidays

Received the wrong socks. I emailed support and haven't heard anything back.

I would give no stars if possible. I ordered 8 Christmas gifts November 15. It's now Dec 23 and my order seems to be lost. I emailed the company 3 days ago and no response. Super bummed about the gifts.

Dear Todd Stephenson, can we talk about how your LLC has an F rating with the BBB for multiple complaints about your products and customer service? Facebook is full of unhappy customers who haven't received their products ordered. Admittedly I am one of them, and I have tried to reach out to your customer service team multiple times for an update. It seems that you, and Zach Zelner are more concerned with a social media presence than that of customer service thus I am going this route to inform others that the Georgia based @gopupsocks has a D rating with the BBB and your parent LLC in Florida known as The Pup Collection is rated F. Beyond this, I will be contacting my credit card company for a charge back. As well, I am considering action in my local small claims court for pain and suffering and loss related to my items not making it before Christmas and ruining my holiday and causing undo stress to me. Per my local statues, if successful (and I have been successful before in my local small claims) this maxes out at $3500. Nice chunk of change for a $55 blanket not being shipped. Also thanks for blocking me on Instagram when I tried to reach out to Todd Stephenson for help. This makes great case evidence.
