WIll never order again. Although the print was cute, the ordering experience was awful. I was charged multiple times and was told "the extra pairs are on us." Ok.

Overall I was not happy with my experience. I wanted to order 1x Blue custom Socks. It started when I tried to upload the photo I wanted to use. I used a HD photo; I tried to upload it in the specified .png and .jpg neither worked so I tried all other formats, which also didn't work. So I decided to email them asking for assistants. The automated email reply said "Please allow 2 business days for a response. Please note that when you send your initial email waiting for a response is the best way to hear back from us. Sending another email after your initial email goes unanswered will bring your initial email to the back of our inbox resulting in a longer wait time. " 3 weeks went by and I got no reply. I decided to transfer the photo to my phone and upload it from there, which was a success. Then arises the next problem. At the checkout, every time I click 'Place order' it says 'Billing is a required field' even though I have filled out all the information it asks of me. I emailed away again. I didn't get an automated reply nor a reply from anyone. 2 weeks went by and I eventually used another computer where I did the exact same things and it worked. It took about 6 weeks to receive the socks, which I know the company wouldn't have any control over. When I received the socks I expected blue socks with the printed face but they were white socks printed blue with the face. They printed over loose threads and a few faces were distorted as if the socks moved during the printed process. Its been 2.5 months since my original email and I still haven't heard anything back from them. In total it cost me $43.05 AU. The idea is such and awesome one but it was not worth it.

I guess they need to be a larger size, faces stretch out

The quality of the socks is quite poor.. And I paid $10 for a gift box only to open it from being delivered and it was a crumpled mess.

I understand this is really just a novelty gift however, it is generally a bad quality product and badly printed. Seam on the socks aren’t even sewn and the material feels very cheap. Also took a very long time to ship internationally. Leave yourself about a month if you need to purchase is for a special occasion. Wouldn’t purchase again given the quality, price and time it took to receive.

The picture was blurry. The ink was smudged and on areas where it shouldn't have been. The quality of the sock is not that soft and somewhat difficult to stretch.

I ordered my socks for a Christmas gift on Nov 27th and received them AFTER Christmas. I never received a response from customer service when I emailed them asking for an update - the only emails I received from them were mass emails asking for patience while they increased manufacturing levels. If they had given me an estimated shipping date (of after Christmas) I would have requested a refund. When the socks finally did arrive, they were very low quality. The fabric is cheap and like no other socks I've ever come across. For the amount of money I spent on one pair of socks, I would expect at the very least a response to an email, shipping times of within a month, and a decent quality product. I do not recommend PupSocks.
