socks are cute, large size is still small. The promised 15% discount for first time purchase did not come through. I give a poor rating when the company doesn't deliver on their promise.

Quality of socks not great. Initial picture printed was good, but after wearing and washing one time, not great. Not worth the money. Paid for the additional gift wrapping. Box can smushed and with some cheap tassel things. Again not worth the money.

We're so sorry to hear that your overall PupSocks experience was not a positive one 😓 We understand that this was meant to be a gift, so we have refunded the cost of said packaging! You will receive confirmation of this refund within 48 hours. Also, have you tried possibly washing your socks inside out? We recommend trying this for best results.

Really fast shipping and images are pretty clear, but overall quality of socks isn't great.

We're sorry that you weren't impressed with the physical quality of your socks 😔 Have you been able to give them a wash yet? Our socks are made using a process called sublimation that involves a heated press to seal your image into the sock material. However, once washed and worn, the socks will take their familiar shape and feel!

Lines down both sides of the socks are distracting. Print looks nice on the foot but as the design goes up the leg and stretches out a bit white lines appear in the design.

I really appreciated the fast shipment and the picture of my beloved pup looked really good. However I was very disappointed in the quality of the socks. I bough 4 pairs, as we just lost our pup. My kids and I are honestly afraid to wear them. The top is merely finished with a pinking shear type finish. Very low grade for 29.99. I'm sorry but I wish I had my money back. These were definitely a waste of it. Big fail pupsocks. I'm sure this review will soon be removed.

Thanks for placing an order, Dominica! We're sorry you were your socks left some to be desired 😔 Have you been able to wash them, yet? If not, we'd suggest possibly trying that! Our socks are made using a process called sublimation that involves a heated press to seal your image into the sock material. However, once washed and worn, the socks will definitely take their familiar shape and feel!

The print is great but the quality of the socks is terrible !!!!! Like, free socks on the airplane kinda bad. Not happy.

We're sorry that you were less than impressed with the physical quality of your socks 😔 Our socks are made using a process called sublimation that involves a heated press to seal your image into the sock material. However, once washed (preferably inside out) and worn, the socks will take their familiar shape and feel!

I paid for the gift wrap and it came with the box and the bow completely crushed and ripped. Why would you send a paper thin gift box and paper bow in a soft flimsy envelope?! I want my gift wrap money back. Would send a pic if it could be done on this site!

You will receive a confirmation email regarding the refund within 48 hours. If you do not see your confirmation, be sure to check your spam/junk mail before contacting us directly.

I did not like how when you actually put on the sock the image gets stretched out and the overall sock looks cheap.
Response from GoPupSocksMar 7, 2018
Thank you for your feedback, Sky! When your socks are made, they are stretched to ensure that when you wear them, your furry friend's face does not stretch, so you can have some breathing room! This will affect the shape and your first impression, but once they are washed and worn they bounce back into shape 🤞🏾
