We're sorry that you were disappointed with the quality of your socks 😔 When the socks go through production, they are stretched to ensure that when you wear your socks around, your furry friend's face does not stretch, so you can have a little wiggle room! This is why your socks appear so thin upon first impression, but once they are washed and worn they bounce right back into shape!

Our socks are made using a very special process called sublimation that involves a heated press to seal your image into the sock material. However, once washed and worn, the socks should definitely take their familiar shape and feel!

So sorry that you were unimpressed with the physical quality of your socks 😓 Our socks are made using a process called sublimation that involves a heated press to seal your image into the sock material. However, once washed (preferably inside out) and worn, the socks will definitely take their familiar shape and feel ☝🏾
