So this is a revised review...it seems there are way more dissatisfied customers than happy ones. I did get an email response to one of several sent and I was hopeful...but alas, the product that I paid for has still not arrived. Perhaps, it got delivered to someone else (as evidenced by some of the poor reviews on this website)...as I mentioned before, the socks were supposed to be a Christmas 2021 gift to my boyfriend but unfortunately, it has become a memorial to one of the Chihuahuas who passed away unexpectedly...so "thank you" PupSocks for the bitter taste in my mouth every time I put on regular socks. I recieved wrong information about the delivery service provider so I could not track the package and I was not contacted by the service partner. This meant that my order was send back to the US (I ordered international shipping) before I was even notified by costums. This was money out the window - and I really just wanted the package, which I will now never get. Order number 2663203.

I have not received my order and I made it in November. According to the pupsocks checkout I expected it before Christmas. When I try to check the shipping status, it only appears as “shipment information received” since December 17. Today is January 24.

I was very disappointed how one pair of the socks turned out. I reached out 3 different times and haven’t gotten a response and it’s been over. Month. I definitely will not purchase from pup socks again

Very disappointed- I ordered socks in October for Christmas gifts. An empty bag arrived after Christmas. They have not responded to three attempts to contact them. I get the same “we’re very busy” auto email each time with no follow up.

Worst customer service i ever experienced. I ordered blankets 2 months ago on November 24, 2021. I wanted to gift it to my family for Christmas, I still did not received it and we are now January 23, 2022. I've tried to reach out many many times and it's impossible to get an answer from them. Don't order
