Thank you for your generous feedback 🤞🏾 We're sorry that your order did not arrive in time for the Christmas holiday. Admittedly, things got a bit out of hand around that time. However, we have been working hard to improve our shipping efficiency efforts and hope that you give us another shot so we can prove it to you! Also, our socks are made using a process called sublimation that involves a heated press to seal your image into the socks. But, once washed (preferably inside out) and worn, the socks take their traditional shape and feel!
