We're so sorry that you were disappointed in the physical quality of your socks 😔 When your socks are made, they are stretched to ensure that when you wear them around, your image does not stretch, so you can have some room to wiggle! This will definitely affect the shape and your first impression, but once they are washed and worn they bounce back into shape. Give this a try and let us know how it goes at https://gopupsocks.com/contact-us/!

We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed in the physical quality of your socks 😓 Have you able to wash them yet? If not, we suggest giving a rinse a try as that should definitely bounce them back into shape! Let us know how it goes at https://gopupsocks.com/contact-us/!

We're sorry to hear about the print quality of your first two pairs 😕 If you wouldn't mind visiting https://gopupsocks.com/contact-us/ and possibly attaching a photo, we'd love to get you two better quality pairs, on the house! Also, it seems your shipping address change was entered in our 'order notes' section rather than in our address section.
