I ordered my socks on November 26th. On December 20th, I received (cat) socks that weren't mine (dog). I sent an email asking about my order and what steps I should take to ensure getting the socks I ordered. I haven't gotten a response. Unfortunately, the socks were supposed to be a Christmas gift. Super disappointed.

Well I still haven’t received my order and that was placed Nov 23.

I STILL NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER AND ITS BEEN NEARLY A MONTH. ALSO, NO ONE HAS EVER RESPONDED TO ANY OF MY EMAILS ASKING ABOUT MY ORDER. Terrible experience and I want my money back. Order: 2655434

I ordered two blankets and a pair of socks for my family for Christmas in the middle of November. At the beginning of December I had been notified that all of my items had been delivered however I had only received the two blankets. The blankets were beautifully printed however the material was a little cheap. The part I’m upset about is that I have sent more than 5 emails over the past month to try and find the socks before Christmas and I have not received one reply. This lack of customer service Is unacceptable in my opinion. There are plenty of other websites and companies that do the exact same thing for cheaper and won’t try to scam you out of your money.

I ordered 2 pairs of socks 4 weeks ago. Only received one pair. Sent an email to customer service 3 days ago. Haven't heard back. Now I have to decide which of my two sons gets disappointed on Christmas morning.

You can’t even see my image on the socks. It just looks like a dog head shaped black blob. If my image was too dark to use I should have been contacted.

You sent me the wrong socks- someone else’s dog. I sent you and email and you never responded.

Not a good service!
