Thank you for your order! I'm glad to see the photo of your pup arrived punctually and clearly! We appreciate your feedback regarding the quality of your order. When your socks go through production, they are stretched to ensure that when you proudly wear your socks around, your furry friend's face does not stretch, so you can have a little wiggle room! This may affect the shape and first impression, but once they are washed and worn by the pet lover in your life they bounce back into shape. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you! ☺️

Hi there! Thanks for your purchase. Our hemming is done about a half of an inch down and the hems are visible from the inside of the sock, and this is done as a brand signature. We are thrilled to hear that your dogs face turned out perfectly. Machine wash your socks and you will feel the difference!

Thank you for the impactful feedback, Suzy! We're so sorry that you were less than impressed with the physical quality of your socks 😔 Have you been able to wash them yet? They appear thin upon first impression due a heated image sealing process called sublimation that we use when producing your socks. However, one good rinse cycle should bounce them right back!
