We're sorry that you dissatisfied with the overall quality of your socks 😞 When the socks go through production, they are stretched to ensure that when you proudly wear your socks around, your furry friend's face does not stretch, so you can have a little wiggle room! This is why they appear thin upon first impression, but once they are washed and worn they bounce back into shape.

We're sorry you were disappointed with the quality of your socks 😓 Have you been able to wash them yet? Our socks are made using a process called sublimation that involves a heated press to seal your image into the sock material. However, once washed and worn, the socks will take their familiar shape and feel!

Please allow us to apologize for the continuous mishaps in your order. We'd like to get you that larger pair if you'd like that instead of what you've already received. If this sounds the least bit satisfactory, please visit https://gopupsocks.com/contact-us/ and one of our Representatives can get that taken care of for you immediately ☝🏾 Again, many apologies.
