Extremely frustrated. My kids get their dad fun socks every Christmas and I was super excited to get these. I ordered them on November 30th thinking that would be plenty of time but here I sit on Christmas eve with no socks. I emailed twice and no response. I get it, it's a busy time of year but this is really disappointing

I took advantage of the Black Friday deal offered on the website and placed an order for my sister's birthday on Nov 26. When no information was available on the order a week later, I contacted customer service, who replied to my query 1.5 weeks later. The order eventually reached its destination on Dec 19. My sister informed me that the product quality was way below par (compared to the claim on the PupSocks website: New Premium Soft Fabric Our products are made with new soft fabric that’s like a snuggly hug.), not to mention the design, which wasn't following either my instructions or the uploaded image and turned out to be flawed. I reached out twice to customer service for them to rectify the issue (which they also claim they do in every case) without even getting a non-automated reply. One thing is certain, PupSocks can only be cited as a bad example of doing business. Due to the misleading information displayed on their website, I decided to file a complaint with the Business Bureau as well. I'd love for PupSocks to prove me wrong at this point.

30 november - Placed the order and payed 18 december - Reached out to Pupsocks and wanted to know status for my order. Today, december 24, haven't heard anything from them yet. This was supposed to be a Christmas present, so thanks for nothing!

Very disappointed. Ordered the item on November 22, and the package has yet to arrive, and it’s now December 24. I sent an email inquiry and I never received a response - lack of accessibility and communication with company. Will never shop here again.

I received the wrong socks….three days before Christmas. They were ordered in plenty of time. I was told by customer service I’d be receiving a replacement, but of course they now won’t be here in time.

Poor quality My dog is black and he just looks like black blobs on the socks. If the picture was not good enough quality I could have sent in another one.

I ordered my socks in plenty of time for Christmas, based on their website. For about a week now my order looked like it was just waiting for UPS to pick up. Now I find out that it will not arrive until 29 January. The socks are much more expensive here than other sites and now I am out of luck for Christmas presents that I was counting on. They were not responsive to inquired about my order.
