Can't get in touch with Anyone Hello, Your product is fun, but when I placed the order, there was a spot to "ask questions to the designer". I asked a few, and never heard back. I had some questions I wanted addressed prior to printing. I also never received another email after the initial order confirmation--was it being reviewed? Was it in production? Was there any trouble with my attachments? Was there an estimated delivery date? I tried calling, but that got me nowhere as well. I would have appreciated some level of customer service while purchasing a rather expensive pair of socks. Thanks, Jillian

The printing on the socks is great however the quality of the sock is very poor considering how much I paid . I’m a little embarrassed to give this gift because of it :-(

The socks looked great, but my boyfriend said they weren’t “foot shaped” when he put them on. The heels were in a weird place, etc.

Pas de très bonne qualité. Porté et lavé une seule fois puis la qualité c'est déjà très détériorer. De plus, une maille était déjà tirée lorsqu'ils sont arrivés par la poste! Un peu déçu.

Terrible quality socks the elastic started unraveling after a days wear. My feet were sliding and sweaty and fabric kept bunching up on the ball of my feet. Will not recommend, never buying again.

A got a pair a few months ago as a gift and so I decided to get a pair for a friend. The pair that I received this time had only a few of the pictures on each sock, while the original ones that I got were covered in the photos. Pretty disappointing considering how much they cost. I would have sent them back if I could.

I was quite pleased with the picture quality, but the hem at the top of the socks is quite ragged, and rather disappointing consider the price point. This would prevent me from recommending the product to others.

Thanks for ordering, Kara! We appreciate your criticism. Our socks are made using a process called sublimation that involves a heated press to seal your image into the sock material. Our hemming is done about a half of an inch down and the hems are visible from the inside of the sock, and this is done as a brand signature. Again, our apologies that your socks did not arrive to your liking 😔
