Di, we are happy to hear you love our idea and incredibly saddened to hear that your socks did not arrive as you had anticipated 😔 Our socks are stretched during the printing process, which can affect the first impression. However, once they are washed they revert back to a normal sock shape and feel! In regards, to the photoshop please reach out to us via https://gopupsocks.com/contact-faq/ with your name, order number, and a photo of the socks you received. Our team will be happy to resolve the situation for you!! Thanks in advance!

Hi Kim, Thank you so much for purchase! We're sorry to hear that you were unimpressed with the physical quality of your socks 😕 Our socks are made using a very special process called sublimation that involves a heated press to seal your image into the sock material. However, once washed and worn, the socks will take their familiar shape and feel! Let us know if you require any further assistance by submitting an email directly to https://gopupsocks.com/contact-us/. Again,we truly appreciate your business as well as your feedback. Thank you!
