I received the wrong item and reached out to Customer Service twice and have yet to receive a response from them. I do not have the item I ordered for a Christmas present..not happy about this!

I ordered a pair of socks from this company December 5th. I expected a bit longer wait for my order due to the holiday season. After I placed the order all I was given was my order number, which I then had to paste into their website to get my tracking. You can barely even find where you can track your package on their sketchy website. I had reached out to this company before I ended up figuring it out myself, because it had been 11 DAYS and still no update on my order. (The first thing you see on the website is “3-5 day shipping!” advertised huge on the page.) I got no response from the customer service team, and actually have emailed them twice since then. (Still no response.) It is now Christmas Eve and still no order or response from this company. Do not trust this business, they are a scam and have NO CLUE how to communicate with customers.

Was super excited to give these as a gift but there must not have been any quality control as what I received is of poor image quality. The dog image is so dark that it looks like a shadow. Bummer 😢

If I could go lower then one I would! Took forever to get socks, pictures were blurry and the customer service is terrible. I emailed Several times and no one ever answered my email. For delay in shipping I was refund $1.83. Really!!!!

Worst service ever. I never received my socks and it was ordered on 11/14, it’s now 12/24! I would never use this service again and highly deter others from using it. I would like a refund but they keep telling me the socks are on their way, it’s the fifth time they have promised delivery. I would give them a negative star if that was an option. Absolutely hate this vendor, completely unreliable.

Never got my socks, sent in a request for help and was told it takes 72hrs to hear back. Weeks later still no reply. Seems like a scam.

The items themselves are perfect if you get the right order. Customer service when they send you the wrong items not so great. They sent me someone else’s items and my emails and phone calls go unanswered. Mistakes happen I get it and not a problem, but at least respond to your customers.

Ordered 1 pair of socks on November 26th with the understanding that, as it states on the website, “You can expect to receive your order in 3-5 business days”… 12-15 business days for international orders (I ordered from and to the US). The order wasn’t even shipped until December 12th and it’s now December 24th - still have not received anything. In terms of junk emails though, you guys on on freaking point.
