Horrible material, I thought it was a tie when opening the package. Unwearable.

We did not receive what we ordered and customer support didn’t respond to our inquiries for over 5 day

absolute scam. zero customer service. they spend all of their resources on digital marketing, but yet i couldn't even cancel an order before it went into production. they claimed a "guaranteed delivery by christmas" weeks ago and my estimated delivery is in the new year. 4 customer service requests that will "take a few hours to get back to you" are all unanswered over the course of 2 weeks. Take your business elsewhere!!

I haven’t received my order and it’s been a month. I also haven’t been able to reach anyone in customer service, which I’ve tried repeatedly for the last week.

They sent me the entirely wrong socks—cute dog, but certainly not ours. Sadly the order was for a Christmas gift and was not fulfilled correctly in time for the holiday as I never heard back from the email I sent informing them of their error. Time to file a dispute with the credit card company. Buyer beware!

I ordered 2 pairs of socks, I received one of the pairs I ordered the other pair was of someone else’s dog. Emailed customer service days ago and haven’t heard back.

Terrible I purchased a blanket the picture didn't come out and I've contacted them and they still have not gotten back to me...
