We appreciate your feedback! Our socks are made using a very special process called sublimation that involves a heated press to seal your image into the sock material. Our socks are printed flat so that your furry friend is proudly featured on the front. No worries, though, once washed and worn, the socks will take their familiar shape and feel 🚿

👋🏾 Thanks for placing an order with us! You are correct, our socks are made using a process called sublimation that involves a heated press to seal your face into the sock material. Thus, your socks will appear a bit thin upon arrival but will bounce back into shape after a wash and wear 🤞🏾

I'm so sorry to hear that you had to incur a customs tax for your products 🤕 Unfortunately, we have no control over import duty taxes in the UK at this time. However, I was able to cross reference your order and refund your shipping cost paid at time of checkout. Refunds take up to 10 business days to appear on your bank statement.

Hi Jym (cool name BTW)! We're sorry to hear that the quality of your socks was not to your liking 😓 Have you been able to wash them yet? If not, give a good rinse cycle a try! Your socks may appear thin upon arrival but washing them will bring your sock back to life!
