Sent the wrong size socks with generic pup faces in the wrong colors pretty sure it was someone else’s order entirely

I ordered these socks as a Christmas present for a friend and sent in a darling pic of her dog. All I received was a picture that looked like a black blob with ears on the sock. I sent a pic of my original and a pic of what was sent but received no response from customer service. I was excited to give these, but I will not be giving them as a gift. Willing to return for a refund if anyone would get back to me.

Not at all what I ordered. I submitted my order on December 3rd and when they came on December 22nd the order was nothing what I had ordered. One of the pair of socks came with just a black empty face of a cat, and the other were of a dog and cat. I hope that this issue can be resolved so I can actually give them as belated Christmas presents. I sent an email on the 23rd when i noticed the issue and hope to hear back from them soon.

Still waiting after 25 days for thé delivery… too bas for christmas… hope it will arrive soon!!

Terrible service, emailed you 5 times with no response. I will never order again or give your company information to anyone else.

Do not buy!!!! Not sure where the positive reviews came from but I paid $30 for a pair of ugly socks and I can’t even make out the faces of the dogs. Haven’t yet received the second pair (ordered on the 1st). They will not respond to me! Sooooo disappointed! Christmas is a bust. ☹️

They are awful! It took a month to get them even though it says fast shipping. The color bled all over the edges of the sock. There is no “sock” shape. It’s a big shapeless tube. They say they are soft, it is the oddest material I have ever felt. Definitely not soft! There is no customer service phone number, assuming they did that on purpose if all socks are like the ones I got. I emailed them twice (that’s the only way to contact them). It said to give them up to 72 hours. It’s been 8 days and still no response. I’m requesting a full refund. The price of these socks and what received was a joke. Customer service is nonexistent. Don’t waste your money!
