The picture is the best ever on socks. They are tight and I'd like to see other styles.

Thanks for your feedback! Glad you loved your socks! Your wish is our command, we're just getting started 🤐

My initial order was placed the first week of Dec and involved 2 different pairs of socks. They sent ONE pair 5 weeks later [obviously missed Christmas deadline]. The pair of socks that were delivered were of average quality.

I apologize for this apparent mishap and miscommunication with your order! One of our customer service representatives has reached out to inquire which pair specifically never arrived, and has yet to receive correspondence. Nonetheless, for the delay and your trouble, we have resent both pairs to you. We have also refunded 25% of your order cost, of which you will receive confirmation within the next 48 hours ☝🏾

The images and graphics on the socks were adorable, but the quality of the socks themselves were incredibly poor - to the point that my boyfriend couldn't wear them. If you decide to buy the socks, please know that they will best serve as a decoration and not an object to be worn!

Thanks for ordering! When your socks go through production, they are stretched to ensure that when your boyfriend wears his socks around, his furry friend's face does not stretch, so he can have a little wiggle room! This may affect the shape and first impression, but once they are washed and worn by the pet lover in your life they bounce right back into shape 👍🏾

When the item is put on and stretched, the image doesn't look as great anymore.

We appreciate your feedback! What you are referring to stems from a process called sublimation that involves a heated press to seal your image into the sock material. This may affect the shape and first impression, but once they are washed they bounce back into shape, scouts honor 🤞🏾

Socks are low quality, expected more for the price. Slow shipping. Easy to order and upload photos.

We are sorry that you were less than impressed with the quality of your order 😔 If you wouldn't mind visiting https://gopupsocks.com/contact-us/, we would love to see if there is anything else we can offer you to resolve this issue ☝🏾

The picture I chose and had cropped myself was a full body shot that I assumed would be shrunk down(totally fine). My head was cut out of the photo and I was not notified they just sent the socks out. It was an awkward cut of my hair and doesn’t look good. A customer service representative contacting me to let me know of changes would have been nice so that I may have chosen a different photo. Very cool idea just needs to work on their customer service. Sock quality also wasn’t the best for the price I paid. **edit** Pup socks plans to give me another pair with a different photo of my choice! Thank you!

Thanks for ordering with us! I apologize, our editing process only allows faces to be printed on your socks, rather than your full body 😓 However, if you wouldn't mind heading over to https://gopupsocks.com/contact-us/ and filling out a quick form, we would love to send you a replacement pair of socks using a better photo of your liking ASAP ✈️

Socks are an odd shape and fabric
Response from GoPupSocksFeb 16, 2018
I'm sorry that you were not impressed with the final quality of your socks 🤕 Our socks are made using a process called sublimation that involves a heated press to seal your image into the sock material, which is why your socks appear to have that odd shape at first. However, after a wash and dry cycle, they will bounce right back into shape immediately! Let us know how this goes at https://gopupsocks.com/contact-us/!

The picture was good, though the quality of the socks is not what I expected. They are loose and not great to wear everyday. After the first wash they are pretty much twice the width they were originally. It's a pity because the general idea is awesome.

Hey Nicola! We would love send you another pair of socks in a smaller size! Please head on over and fill out our contact form https://gopupsocks.com/contact-us/ and a team member will be happy to assist you with that. ☺️
