Still haven’t received the socks, which was a Christmas present for my wife. Ordered them at the beginning of the month, and they’ve been sitting at the post office for 4 days now. I had to pay for shipping, and you’re shipping via a service that relies on UPS handing off to USPS, so it’s impossible to call and get info about. HUGE let-down for me, I was really excited about this as a present. Update: Received the socks 3 days after Christmas, and they are much larger than advertised. However, it turns out that my wife also ordered me a pair of socks from them - using the exact same picture as one of our dogs that I did. However, what showed up was a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT DOG IN EVERY WAY on the socks. Now, customer service won’t respond to any of our attempts to contact them. We will be filing a dispute on the charge with our bank. This is a shady and terrible company and I HIGHLY recommend avoiding them!!!

It looks like PupSocks messed up and didn't get items out for the holiday gifts they ran a promotion for. It also looks like folks are upset about their product quality. I have requested to cancel my order and plan to refuse delivery when they show up next week. The only resolution is to issue a full refund for the 7 pairs of socks I ordered. Email sent to customer service.

I have not received my full order after ordering a month ago. It’s been weeks since I’ve tried contacting in many different ways and haven’t heard a thing! I would like for my socks to be sent or refunded.

No customer service. I was sent one pair of someone else’s socks and was missing one of my socks. There is no one to call. Emails go unanswered for days and then when they finally answered said I didn’t order from their shop. The email chain confirmation clearly shows both of my ordered socks from their shop. Vendors that only communicate via email are suspicious. So disappointed not to have this resolved before Christmas.

Ordered 2 pair of socks with our dogs face on them. Received only 1 pair of socks with our dogs face, and another pair with a random cat face. We don't own cats. Customer service does not respond, the IG account doesn't respond. Do not buy from this place. I have been unable to get my money back or the ordered correct. Merry Christmas.

Awful customer service. I bought my product of 25th November. I was told that it was plenty of time for it to arrive before Christmas. I now learn after further enquiry that it will not arrive until 29th. No emails before to warn me. May be OK in USA. But my advice is do NOT use this company if outside of the USA

Extremely POOR quality! Way too big and has no elasticity to even fit. It also took way to long to receive them.

I didn't get the item yet
